Currently undergoing major development at Newbridge in Edinburgh, Axis is proving to be one of the premier locations in Edinburgh for vehicle retail with businesses such as Land Rover, BMW, Lexus and Volkswagon all opening dealerships at the site.

We have maintained the site for the past year and are extremely excited about the further development expected for the area and the continued maintenance of the site.

In August 2010 Hybrid successfully completed the takeover of the Cleaning and Security contract at Edinburgh Zoo.

The contract which runs for 3 years marks a significant step in Hybrids development. The takeover of such a high profile sites services is testament to the confidence that our clients and the commitment to quality from the whole team.

With the announcement of the arrival of Giant Pandas the park anticipates an increase in footfall in 2011 and it will be down to Hybrids team to ensure the park is presentable and kept clean for all visitors.

This marks another significant development for Hybrid highlighting the quality of service and confidence in delivering this to a high standard.

Hybrid has added St Catherines Retail Park in Perth to its growing portfolio of retail and business parks.

Taking over on the daily cleaning and landscaping services for the site Hybrid are delighted to be part of a project which is in the process of regeneration.

Director Will Paton said: We have a fantastic landscaping team on board and over the coming months we will be looking to regenerate much of the overgrown areas of this site and give it a new lease of life.

We have now begun working with Propertyserve UK. Based in Amersham, Propertyserve UK provide a 24/7 helpdesk to clients throughout Britain.

We are now involved in full reactive, emergency and pre – planned maintenance across Scotland for Jones Lang La Salle, providing services including plumbing, electrical, joinery, security, ground working and roofing.

In September 2011 we secured the contract for landscaping and grounds maintenance at Trilogy 1 at the Eurocentral complex off the M8 corridor near Bellshill.
